Please read this document carefully before finalizing your order, because by finalizing your order you accept the contents of these GTC!
The General Terms and Conditions of Service ("GTC") of CRÉEM Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: 8681 Visz, József Attila utca 2., branch: 8681 Visz, Rákóczi u. 40. (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" or the "Buyer" or the "Customer"), as the service provider ("Service Provider"), the rights and obligations of the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider" or the "Customer") using the e-commerce services provided by the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").

2.1 Hungarian law shall govern the matters not regulated in these GTC and the interpretation of these GTC, in particular with regard to the relevant provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Civil Code") and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services (Elker. tv.). The binding provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any specific stipulation.
2.2 These GTC shall be effective from 02.05.2022 and shall remain in force until revoked. The Company shall be entitled to amend these GTC unilaterally. The Company shall publish the amendments on its websites 11 (eleven) days before they enter into force. By using the Websites, Customers agree that they shall automatically be subject to all regulations relating to the use of the Websites.
2.3 The Customer, when accessing the webshop website operated by the Company or reading its content in any way, even if he is not a registered Customer of the webshop, acknowledges the provisions of the GTC as binding for him. If the Customer does not accept the terms and conditions, he is not entitled to view the content of the webshop.
2.4 The Company reserves all rights in and to the webshop website, any part of the webshop website and the content displayed thereon, and the distribution of the website. You may not download, electronically store, process or sell the content or any part of the content of the webshop without the Company's written consent.
3.1 The products displayed can only be ordered online. The prices displayed for the products are in HUF and include VAT, but do not include delivery charges. No extra packaging costs will be charged.
3.2 In the webshop, the Company shall display the name and description of the product in detail, and shall display a photo of the products. The images displayed on the data sheet of the products may differ from the reality and may be used as illustrations.
3.3 If a promotional price is introduced, the Company shall inform the Customers in full of the promotion and its exact duration.
3.4. In case of home delivery, we deliver the ordered products to the settlements of Hungary by GLS courier service. The product range in our store is constantly changing, new products are added and some products are discontinued.
3.5. Procedure in case of incorrect price
It is considered to be an obvious misstatement of the price:
- Price 0 Ft,
- a price reduced by the discount but incorrectly indicating the discount (e.g.: a product offered for 100 HUF for a 1000 HUF product with a 50 % discount).
In the event of an incorrect price indication, the Service Provider offers the possibility to purchase the product at the real price, in the knowledge of which the Customer may decide whether to order the product at the real price or to cancel the order without any adverse legal consequences.
4.1. Registration
You do not have to register to shop in the online shop, the advantage of registration is that you do not have to enter your details again and again for each purchase. If you want to register, you will need to click on [Login/Register] and enter your personal details: name, email address and password. Only one registration per e-mail address is allowed.
If you have validated your registration by following the link in the email, you will then be able to place an order in our shop at any time. If you are already a registered customer, you can log in by entering your email address and password before making a purchase and then clicking on the [Login] button. If you have forgotten your password, press the [Forgot your password?] button, then enter the email address you entered when you registered and the system will send you the password to the registered email address.
If you wish to make a purchase, you must also provide the necessary information for the first purchase, such as your billing and delivery address, telephone number, tax number.
By providing their e-mail address, users consent to the operator/service provider sending them technical messages. Registered data will be deleted from the system by the operator upon request. For security reasons, the deletion request will only be valid if the deletion request is confirmed by the user by e-mail, in order to avoid that someone deletes someone else from the registration database, either intentionally or by mistake. Registration is identified by the e-mail address, so an e-mail address can only be registered once.
There are no obligations to register.
4.2. Shopping
You can click on the products on the website to select the product range you want and the individual products within that range. Click on each product to find its photo, article number, description and price. You will be charged the price shown on the website when you make a purchase.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or incorrect data!
You can access your order via the "Add to Cart" function, under the "View Cart" menu item you will find the [GO TO ORDER] button.
There are 5 stages to placing an order:
Stage 1: Product selection
Section 2: Enter and select billing and delivery addresses
Section 3: Choosing the delivery method (home delivery / on-site collection)
Stage 4: Selection of payment method, acceptance of contract terms.
Stage 5: Notification of the success of the order.
You can also go back and forth between stages by clicking on the numbered stage or cancel the order at any time. After a successful order, the system will send you an automatic confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided when registering. The placing and confirmation of the order constitutes the conclusion of a delivery contract between the customer and the Company.
You can read the delivery contract in Hungarian (and download it) from the supplier's website. Cancellation and modification of orders sent and confirmed.
To protect our environment, our webshop provides invoices electronically to our customers. Our electronic invoices are sent by e-mail with a qualified electronic signature and a time stamp.
Home delivery: in Hungary and Europe, we use GLS and MPL courier services and deliver the products ordered. The delivery time is usually within 3-5 days from the order date (from 16 May 2022), which may vary depending on stock availability. We will inform you about the delivery time by e-mail and SMS.
In the case of personal delivery, we will send you an e-mail within 48 hours of the order informing you of the time of delivery.
We will make every effort to provide you with the fastest possible service for all pick-up methods, and any delays to the typical deadlines mentioned above are due to external reasons beyond our control.

Delivery charges by MPL courier
Delivery charges for parcels under 10 kg
- Gross 2000 HUF - Hungary
- Gross 2450 Ft - Hungary (Postpaid)
No packaging fee will be charged.
Purchase price and payment terms
The price indicated next to the product on the website is the gross price, including VAT.
6.1. Method of payment for the product ordered
- Payment by credit card is possible for holders of the following valid and current credit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, China Unionpay, Paypal
- Cash on delivery: the courier has the option to pay by cash or card
The total amount payable includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation letter. Please inspect the parcel before delivery and, in the event of damage or missing items, ask for a report to be made and do not take delivery. We are unable to accept any subsequent claims without a report.
CONSUMER INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE GOVERNMENT DECREE 45/2014 (26.II.)
7.1. Information on the consumer's right of withdrawal
As a consumer, the Civil Code. According to Article 8:1, paragraph 1, point 3, only natural persons acting outside the scope of their profession, self-employment or business activity are considered consumers, so legal persons cannot exercise the right of withdrawal without giving reasons!
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason according to Article 20 of Government Decree 45/2014 (26.II.). The consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal
a. in the case of a contract for the sale of goods
b. the product,
c. in the case of the sale of more than one product, if each product is supplied at a different time, the last product supplied,
by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, within a time limit of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the consumer.
Nothing in this point shall affect the consumer's right to exercise his right of withdrawal as set out in this point during the period between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the goods.
7.2. Cancellation notice, exercise of the consumer's right of withdrawal or termination
The consumer may exercise the right provided for in Article 20 of Government Decree 45/2014 (26.II.) by means of a clear declaration to this effect.

7.3. Validity of the consumer's withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been exercised within the time limit if the consumer sends his declaration within the time limit. The time limit is 14 days.
The burden of proving that the consumer exercised his right of withdrawal in accordance with this provision is on the consumer.
The Service Provider shall acknowledge the consumer's declaration of withdrawal in electronic form immediately upon receipt, provided that it also offers the consumer the right of withdrawal on its website.
The Company will refund the amount paid by the Customer for that product within eight days in the case of an unopened product returned in full after cancellation.
The Customer shall bear the costs incurred for the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Customer shall bear no other costs. The goods shall be returned only in their original unopened packaging.
7.4. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases
The Service Provider expressly draws your attention to the fact that you may not exercise your right of withdrawal in the cases provided for in Article 29 (1) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.):
- in the case of a product which is not a prefabricated product, which has been manufactured on the instructions or at the express request of the consumer, or a product which is clearly personalised for the consumer
- for sealed products which cannot be returned after opening after delivery for health or hygiene reasons
8.1. In which cases can the User exercise his/her right of warranty?
In the event of defective performance by the Service Provider, the User may assert a claim for warranty against the Service Provider in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.
Product Warranty
8.2 In the event of a defect in the purchased product, the Customer may claim under the product warranty.
As a product warranty claim, the User may only request the replacement of the defective product.
A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force when it was placed on the market.
The User may claim for product warranty within the warranty period of the product, but no later than two years from the date of purchase.
After this time limit, you lose this right.
In matters not covered by these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code (Act V of 2013) shall apply, and in the case of consumer contracts, the provisions of Government Decree 45/2014 on distance contracts shall apply.
The aim of the webshop is to fulfil all orders to the highest quality and to the full satisfaction of the customer. If the Customer has any complaint about the contract or its performance, he/she may send a complaint to the above e-mail address or by letter.
Our Company will promptly investigate the verbal complaint and remedy it as necessary. If the Customer does not agree with the handling of the complaint, the Company will promptly make a record of the complaint and its position on the complaint and provide a copy to the Customer. If it is not possible to investigate the complaint immediately, the Company shall make a record of the complaint and provide a copy to the Customer.
The Customer may send the complaint by e-mail to melinda@creemorganics.com or hello@creemorganics.com or by postal mail to the postal address at 2, József Attila Street, 8681 Vis. Our Company will investigate the Customer's complaint within 30 days and will inform the Customer in writing of the outcome of the investigation and the remedies available to the Customer. A copy of the reply will be kept for 3 years and will be presented to the inspection authorities upon request.
The www.creemorganics.com website is a copyrighted work and it is prohibited to download (reproduce), retransmit to the public, otherwise use, store electronically, process and sell the content of the www.creemorganics.com website or any part of it without the written consent of the Company.
Even with written consent, any material from the www.creemorganics.com website and its database may only be reproduced by linking to that website.
The Company reserves all rights to all elements of its service, its domain names, the secondary domain names formed from them and its Internet advertising space.
The adaptation or decompilation of the contents of the website or parts thereof; the creation of Customer IDs and passwords in an unfair manner; the use of any application that allows the website or any part thereof to be modified or indexed.
